How does the sizing work?


All wearable items come slightly adjustable. However, with made-to-order listings I require you to enter your measurements when prompted during checkout. To accurately record your measurements, please refer to the guide. 


How long until my order ships?


Each piece is hand crafted after you make a purchase (made-to-order) by myself, Emily. The current creation time is 3-6 weeks for your order to be crafted, packaged, and shipped. Once shipped, items can take 2-3 days for delivery in the USA.


You can always contact me to see where your order stands in the queue. If you need your item shipped by a specific date please contact me first before ordering. Your items may need a rush fee to guarantee your order arrives by the specified date. Overnight shipping is also available for an extra charge. Please see the extras & add-ons section for these options.


All Ready-to-Ship items ship in 1-2 days. This is the quickest option for getting yourself into some Bellator Leather.


Do you offer payment plans?


Yes! I am happy to offer payment plans and think this is a great option to secure your item on your own time. Please refer to the payment plan options at checkout or use the contact tab to reach out about starting your own plan.


Is vegan leather available?



I sadly no longer work with vegan leather. After research and deliberation I came to the consensus that vegan leather does not currently align with my brand. With an understanding that I value the importance of functionality and durability, I cannot stand by the vegan leather option as a product in my shop. Vegan leather is commonly compressed plastics and synthetic materials which causes pollution to be manufactured. These materials are not fire safe or reliable for performance/play wear. I am still hopeful with technology on the rise, we will be able to source an organic material in the future. Please reach out if you have any questions about the differences and I will be happy to share. As always, my leather is ethically sourced and giving a second life to a disposed product.


Can I get this harness in a different color?


Yes! I offer a variety of vegetable tanned color options. The reference chart shows just some of the colors offered. If you are interested in a color other than what is shown please contact me before placing an order.  



What is the hardware made of?


Most of our hardware is plated or coated metals. The silver hardware is made of nickel. The black is matte powder coated brass. The gold is gold-plated brass. Our chain is made from aluminum. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests, please reach out bellatorleather@gmail.com



Tips to keep my leather fresh?



-try not to get it wet. Things happen (being outside & it starts raining/its hot and you get sweaty) but its best to not submerge or deliberately saturated it with liquids as the metal hardware can rust. 


-Leaving it in the sun can cause the leather to "loosen" but I have not noticed any instances where this disrupts the integrity of the piece or coloring.  


-To clean: use a warm washcloth with a mild soap to remove stains/dirt. 


-Leather gives over time but if you feel that your harness needs some extra care you can purchase a conditioner that can be diluted into a spray to lightly coat the leather and give it some new softness and life back. 


-To store your harness: I find its best to hang them. This allows the leather to fall naturally and not be folded or creased (although this is normal wear with any leather item). 




Do you sell already made pieces?


From time to time I will offer select items that are already made and ready-to-ship. These pieces will either be featured collections, or new/old items I am testing or phasing out. At times items will be discounted for sale. Sign up for my email list to get a heads up on when these items are listed.


Can I return my harness?



Unfortunately no. Due to the nature of these intimate creations, all sales are final. Please be sure of the measurements, colors, hardware, and designs listed when purchasing. If you receive a product you are not satisfied with please contact me directly and I will be happy to work with you.
